Title:  Senior HR Coordinator

Currently we are looking for a Senior HR Coordinator. The purpose of this role is to provide efficient and effective first-level HR administration and advice support to UK/Ireland based employees and managers; effectively administering the full employee life-cycle to ensure HR records are accurately maintained. 

 

Duties and responsibilities include:  

 

  • Leading the development of centralized electronic filing in compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Process mapping of employee life-cycle administration processes; ensuring clarity of HR roles and responsibilities
  • Ensuring systems, records and documentation are complete and accurate and maintained for all activities relating to the employee life-cycle in the UK
  • Ownership of the on-boarding and termination HR processes
  • Ownership of absence management tracking and maternity, paternity, parental leave administration processes
  • Ownership of relevant Right to Work checking processes to ensure compliance with legislation
  • Point of contact for the Global Mobility team on UK/Ireland visa and relocation requirements
  • Support preparation and organization of input to payroll and manage interface with the Payroll Team
  • The first point of contact for queries relating to UK HR/Ireland policies, processes and practice
  • Administration of Employee Benefits including pension scheme auto-enrollment, medical benefits, childcare vouchers etc.
  • Responding to third party requests and correspondence 
  • Support the wider HR and Payroll teams with day to day processes
  • Support the production and analysis of key people metrics
  • Contribute and lead on a variety of projects linked to increasing HR service efficiency

 

Essential:

 

  • Experience of establishing electronic filing systems and data management processes compliant with GDPR
  • Solid HR administration/co-ordination experience
  • Experience of maintaining records, systems and databases
  • Understanding and experience of working with confidential personal/sensitive data
  • Experience of providing advice to managers and employees on UK employment policies including basic understanding of UK employment legislation

 

Desirable:

 

  • Experience of Success Factors and SharePoint document management highly desirable
  • Knowledge of pension administration or Auto Enrollment
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and basic employee reward principles including salary sacrifice benefit programs
